- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- quinoa Desired amount
- asparagus Desired amount
- Infuse your salmon in the sauce for 2-3 hours without submerging the skin.
- Simply fry these salmon fillets skin side down.
- Add sauce and grill on both sides.
- Prepare rice with quinoa and some asparagus as a side.
