Sauce

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Topping

  • quinoa Desired amount 
  • asparagus Desired amount 

Instructions

  • Infuse your salmon in the sauce for 2-3 hours without submerging the skin.
  • Simply fry these salmon fillets skin side down.
  • Add sauce and grill on both sides.
  • Prepare rice with quinoa and some asparagus as a side.
