Edamame (Zunda) Smoothie
Edamame is the perfect accompaniment to beer. The legumes are often salted to bring out their natural sweetness, and once you start eating them it's hard to stop. Edamame is a healthy food that contains high quality proteins, calcium, potassium, vitamins, and carotene. Here is a great recipe for a smoothie that contains edamame. By the way, mashed edamame is called 'zunda' in Japanese. That`s why we call this smoothie the Zunda smoothie 🙂
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Edamame beans
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Soy Milk
Instructions
- Remove the edamame beans from the pods
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
