Kale, Dill And Turnip Green Salad With Matcha Salt
Ingredients
- 2 bunches of kale
- 10g dill
- 1 turnip
- a bunch of coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil A
- 1 tbsp vinegar A
- 1/2 tsp matcha salt A (matcha powder, salt 1:1)
- 1/2 tbs pepper
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables in water.
- Cut kale, dill, and turnips into bite-sized pieces.
- Finely chop coriander.
- Mix A and pour over the salad.
- Sprinkle with pepper and serve!
