Kale, Dill And Turnip Green Salad With Matcha Salt

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of kale
  • 10g dill
  • 1 turnip
  • a bunch of coriander
  • 1 tbsp olive oil A
  • 1 tbsp vinegar A
  • 1/2 tsp matcha salt A (matcha powder, salt 1:1)
  • 1/2 tbs pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the vegetables in water.
  • Cut kale, dill, and turnips into bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop coriander.
  • Mix A and pour over the salad.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and serve!
