Thin Matcha (Usucha/薄茶)

Ingredients

  • 200ml boiled water
  • 1/4 tbsp Matcha

Instructions

  • Boil water
  • Put matcha in a mug or chawan(茶碗), add boiled water.
  • Whisk the matcha with milk whisk electric ( Until it will have fluffy foam).

【Tips】

  • Thoroughly stirring will ensure that the matcha will be smooth and not clump together.
  • A water temperature of 80-90 degrees is recommended.
