Thin Matcha (Usucha/薄茶)
- 200ml boiled water
- 1/4 tbsp Matcha
- Boil water
- Put matcha in a mug or chawan(茶碗), add boiled water.
- Whisk the matcha with milk whisk electric ( Until it will have fluffy foam).
- Thoroughly stirring will ensure that the matcha will be smooth and not clump together.
- A water temperature of 80-90 degrees is recommended.
